This program is held at the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica (ULATINA) in San José, Costa Rica, and it is designed for students with an intermediate or advanced knowledge of Spanish. All students are able to choose 4 classes between Spanish grammar and conversation, and electives courses in areas such as literature, painting, art, photography, politics, economics, sciences and environmental studies.

The distinctive characteristic of this program is that students can combine their Spanish and elective courses with classes with Costa Ricans in areas such as business, teaching, humanities, accounting, and computer sciences.
